Refund policy

  • Customers have the right to inspect and try the item at the time of delivery before confirming receipt.
  • Once the item is received and accepted, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges are allowed after receipt in the following cases:

    • Size issues
    • Wrong item received
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Color differences
  • Refunds are only applicable if the item is rejected at delivery.
  • For approved exchanges, shipping fees will be paid again by the customer.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within the allowed return period.
