Refund policy
- Customers have the right to inspect and try the item at the time of delivery before confirming receipt.
- Once the item is received and accepted, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are allowed after receipt in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defects
- Color differences
- Refunds are only applicable if the item is rejected at delivery.
- For approved exchanges, shipping fees will be paid again by the customer.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within the allowed return period.
